IYT Meatloaf


1 egg
2 tsp Worcestershire
2 tsp horseradish
1 tsp dry mustard
½ tsp salt
½ tsp freshly ground pepper
½ onion finely chopped
1 pound ground beef
¾ cup bread crumbs
¾ cup ketchup

Preheat oven to 350

In a large bowl mix together the egg, 3 tbls water, Worcestershire, horseradish, mustard, salt and pepper, and onion. Add the beef and bread crumbs and quickly mix thoroughly. Form into a 1.5 quart Pyrex loaf pan (or form on a sheet pan). Spread with topping and bake for 50 minutes.
