Heidi’s Hummus
In a food processor combine:
Garbanzo Beans 1- 15½ oz. can drained, Juice reserved
Tahini 2½ Tbsp.
Cumin ½ tsp.
Chopped Garlic 1½ Tbsp. (5 or 6 fresh cloves)
Reserved Juice 4 Tbsp.
Juice of 1 small lemon
Pinch of salt
Pulse to a smooth consistency (add more reserved juice if necessary)
Refrigerate overnight
Drizzle with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and freshly cracked black pepper before serving
