Heidi’s Guacamole
Combine by smooshing with a fork keeping a chunky texture:
4 Avocados
2 Tbsp. Red Onion Fine Dice
½ Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp Cracked Black Pepper
1 Tsp. Cumin
Juice of ½ Small Lemon
½ Tbsp. Minced Garlic
Fold in with a spatula (so you can dirty more dishes):
2 Large Jalapeno - Charred, peeled, seeded and minced
